Our annual summer barbecue is the highlight of the summer calendar, and this year’s event surpassed expectations. Well, the amount of meat and burgers left over in the fridge afterwards certainly surpassed expectations – think we got carried away on the food buying front!
Unfortunately The Chef got bladdered very early on in proceedings leaving me – a barbecue novice I must admit – to fend for myself over the flames.
So a big thank you to “Titten” Angel, Champagne Charlie, Big Jon and Amazin’ Grace for giving me a hand while The Chef made some decidely odd dance moves while lying on the lounge floor with his legs in the air.
It was also lovely to meet Fran, Lou Lou & Gabs who tell me they’re fans of this blog. Don’t worry girls, I won’t let the adulation go to my head!
